Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and peri11 ("Company", "we", "Platform"), which operates the website and mobile application under the domain peri11.vu.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the peri11 platform — whether via web browser, iOS app, or Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated as part of this overall agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the peri11 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the peri11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Peri11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, peri11 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close your account and withhold any pending funds until the verification process is complete.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the peri11 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under the same or a different name — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all fund balances therein.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, peri11 may at any time request that you submit the following identity verification documents:

• Valid National Identity Card (MyKad) or Passport.
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
• Payment method information used for deposits — for example, a bank account statement or digital wallet screenshot.
• Any additional documents deemed necessary by the peri11 compliance team.

The KYC verification process is typically completed within 1–3 working days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal limits may be applied to your account. peri11 implements this KYC process not to inconvenience you, but as a protective measure against fraud, money laundering, and platform misuse.

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as your peri11 account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on a working day before 5:00 PM are typically processed on the same day.
• Peri11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount as a standard security measure.
• Any wagering requirement associated with a bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted on the relevant bonus balance.

In exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance, bank provider technical issues, or legal compliance requirements, withdrawal processing times may take longer. peri11 will notify affected members via email or in-app notification within a reasonable timeframe.

Peri11 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific usage time limits as stated in the terms of each promotion.

• Welcome Bonus is only claimable once by each valid new user. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stipulated time frame. After the expiry date, any unused bonus balance or unfulfilled requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• Peri11 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash. They must first be used to play eligible games before any associated wins can be withdrawn, subject to wagering requirements.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to fulfil wagering requirements is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and wins.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). All results are final and cannot be contested.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, any affected bets will be voided and the wagered amount will be automatically returned to your account.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Immediately report to the peri11 customer support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Holding multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent restrictions imposed on an existing account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Misuse of bonuses, promotions, or technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards peri11 staff or other members.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the peri11 customer support team. Any valid funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you once all required verifications have been completed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, peri11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

Peri11 makes no warranties or representations regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Peri11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the peri11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date the latest terms came into effect.
